Thank God this morning is over! My presentation is complete and that is one more thing off my to -do list that was very stressful for me. It went pretty well, if I do say myself, at least there was a lot of laughing. We came up with many ideas of how to use this with an older group.
I really enjoyed Jackie's book talk and writing idea. This seem like such an easy way to come up with writing ideas with all levels of children. Thanks Jackie for the great idea!

I thought you seemed all calm and comfortable and confident in front of us today. It was a fun activity and I was glad to see so many ideas around the room about using it in older grades as well. Hurray! It's over and now your research ... :~)
